病史：35岁女性，过去八个月里右手食指肿胀。

Findings

Radiographsofthehand:Frontalandlateralradiographsdemonstratesoft-tissueswellingalongthevolaraspectoftheshaftofthesecondmiddlephalanx,ereisnoevidenceofadjacentosseouserosionorperiostealreaction.

MRIofthesecondfinger:ThereisaU-shapedsoft-tissuemassattheleveloftheshaftofthesecondmiddlephalanx,ereareafewsmallfociofincreasedsusceptibilitythroughoutthemass,emassabutsthecortexofthemiddlephalanx,butthereisnoevidenceofassociatedcorticaldestruction.

影象表现

右手平片：正侧位片示第二中节指骨体掌侧软组织肿胀，和有临床症状的位置相对应，邻近骨质无破坏和骨膜反应。

第二指MRI：第二中节指骨体水平见1“U形”软组织肿块，其借由以手屈肌腱为中心的掌侧部份连接两边的尺桡侧部份。肿块相对肌肉呈等T2稍长T2信号，增强扫描均匀强化。肿块内可见少许局灶性低信号区，提示含铁血黄素沉积。肿块紧邻中节指骨皮质，但未见明显骨质破坏。
